Financial and technical assistance are available for Bangladeshi
geologists,hydrologists, hydrogeologists, geochemists, soil scientists,
biologists, microbiologists, physicians, agricultural scientists, water
engineers, river engineers, and even journalists to participate in the
following research projects:
1. The source(s) and the cause(s) of groundwater arsenic poisoning in
Bangladesh.
2. The permanent solution to the arsenic disaster in Bangladesh.
Prospective participants are expected to form a broad collaboration among
faculty members and personnel of those and allied disciplines from different
universities, and research organizations/institutions of Bangladesh, and
have the collaboration group registered under certain name.
