There is an arrow on the upper right side of the actions pallet.  If you click
on this arrow a drop down menu will appear.  One of the options you will have is
to load actions.  Just load the your new actions from the location that you have
them and photoshop should save them in the actions folder within photoshop.

I am new to the world of actions in Photoshop so be easy on me. I recently
