Andrea, a Canon 10d is a really good buy. If you combine that with a Canon 70-200F2.8 you will have an awesome combination. Nikon has an equivelant I think...

Yes you are right places like royal list them at 650.00. But when you call them the battery cables boxes ect are an additonal 600.00. They are scam artists....
