true, but in a poorly lit stadium, you have no other choice, plus flash can really illuminate the face in the helmet....just make sure you use an off-shoe...

1D MarkII 400 2.8 and 20D 70-200 ISO 1600 if I have to go higher I don't shoot it. If I had a Mark III then 3200 would be like 800 ISO from what I've seen....
