Thanks for the response on this. I have done following settings.

sip.conf Settings

register => ca:ca@...:5060

[myphone]
type=friend
username=ca
secret=ca
host=99.123.456.78
fromuser=ca
dtmfmode=rfc2833

extensions.conf Settings For SIP

[myphone]

exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,1,Dial,SIP/${EXTEN}myphone

exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,2,Hangup

exten => _011.,1,Dial,SIP/${EXTEN}myphone

exten => _011.,2,Hangup

Yes i have DID and I only want to make outgoing calls.
