Hi to all,
i need help regarding one queue handling on multiple servers. Actually
i have 600 agents logged in at multiple servers and all are belongs to
one queue bt queue has been distrubuted oon 3 differnt servers to
balance the load, is there anyone who can help me how to handle all
this, moreover i have a single MS-SQL server so 3 servers are sending
data to one MS-SQL Server, i can do reporting but the issue is how to
send call on different servers while agents at one servers are busy?
i think i need to share astdb, because queue updated agent status from
astdb.
i need idea and ways to acheive all this. kindly help me out thanks
