my name's ski. i have hypnogagia, hypnopompia, sleep
paralysis and other sleep disorders. i also have allergies, vertigo,
fainting spells, low blood sugar m mildly learning disabled despite

journaling and planning is a great way to incite daydreaming and
pinpoint our deepest desires. it is through daydreaming and
remembering that i've accomplished my highest achievements such as
publishing my poety, playing in a rock band as a teenager and going
back to school to become a recreational activities counsler. i
wanted to avoid the moralism of shamanism and other religions or
spiritual practices, when it comes to spirituality i tend to go
w/common concensus, but im very open minded and agree w/many of the
alternative beliefs just not all of them. i wanted to avoid the
debates over wat's good or bad or wat's sane or insane, and find a
group where people r simply interested in talking honestly and
openly about their dreams, daydreaming and other phenomenon they
have experienced in their life such as seeing auras and blue and
white sparks, de ja vous, lucid dreams, vivid dreams, vivid
daydreams, dreaming awake and other feelings that have caused them
to become more excited about the possibilities of the life they have!

Hey Folks;

Any of you experienced any "dark mist" phenomena, sometimes
called "Shadowmen"? These are dark wispy forms, sometimes with no
definable shape, that are often reported to be seen at various
alleged "haunted" locations.

I have attempting to Astral project for about 2 months, now. I have
reading up on all the different methods. So far, my favorite is:
When I am at the Altered state that I need to be at, I imagine going
for a walk. Using mental imagery, I am creating a story as I go along.
I had a great time, even though I didn't project, but I know with
patience and perseverence, it can and will happen because I believe in
it!

Astral Projection activation (OOBE) varies per individual. Some
may "float" but that will generally occur after one is "out". To
get "out" in most cases, the first stage is that of the feeling of
barreling along through darkness (some see lights, hear whirring,
ringing or buzzing sounds and generally experience the actual
physical sensation of moving through linear space at a very high
speed).

What you need to do when you get to the "vibration" state is go a bit
deeper, keep your mind calm (it can be very exciting, but if you get
excited, it will throw off the circuit at that stage). As you move
deeper into the vibration stage, the next feeling will be a distinct
sensation of rapid spinning (inside your head) briefly. (This is
the "escape velocity" stage being activated).

Next, you may feel what seems like extreme pressure building in the
area of the head. Take this build up you feel in the head and, using
your mind, disperse the pressure evenly through your body, pushing it
from the head to the toes in a smooth level stream equal from head to
toe. (This is the pre-launch phase).

When you have leveled you may feel like you are suddenly falling
backwards and/or being sucked backwards into a huge vaccuum-cleaner
hose (metaphorical sensation). (This is the "launch, acceleration and
take-off" stage.)

During this stage you may feel as if you are flying through space (as
in a void) for a short period of time and at a very high speed, and
moving in a linear direction.

Then you will notice the sense of speed and motion has suddenly
ceased and there is quiet and darkness. Stay there, stay calm (don't
get excited or it could blow the charge)then open your eyes - and you
will find you are now actually "out", and now fully incorporated into
your Phase Shift (Astral Body).

Then you might be "floating" or, if you want to float at that time
then just think it (in that state) and you will. In that space "what
you think "is" (so-to-speak)".

it's my first topic in this group
and iwant to ask about  the out of body experiance
i reach the vibratios that occurs after deep relaxing but i can't
cause my ether body to float and so i cant proceed with my obe
so if anybody can help me in this i'll be thankful

What do you see for the future of the planet? With all the talk lately
on global warming, climate change and so on, what do you think will
happen in your area of the world? How will it be there in the future
(next 50 years or so...)? Have you received any visions or dreams of
what the world will look like in your areas?

I have a concern that I want to try to explain and see if anyone can
offer me any help on it ^.^'...
I mean this completely seriously, but I don't expect anyone to take
what I say to be 100% accurate or anything.
I felt that I started to have psychic abilitis when I was in my
early
teens...not long after that I felt like something started to attack
me...I've tried alot of different things to get it to go away on my
own...it's not that those things don't work, but it's just that I
usually feel like it bothers me 24/7 so it's hard for anything I do
to
be effective (and I have no experience with any of this).
I wanted to find someone that could possibly help me (like with
distant
psychich healing or something).
I know it sounds pretty skeptical... I don't expect anyone to just
help
me w/o having more information or as if I can't make it go away on
my
own, but I *do* feel like I need help (not like I want attention or
something ridiculous like that -_-). I'm not sure where to look to
find
someone who has the ability to help w/ something like this...

Hummmmm. According to Soloman and his Lesser Keys, Angels, no matter
fallen or not had Dominions, Legions etc.....so there very well could
be all answering to their higher rankings. I have had one experience
with a succubi that was of my own unfocused intent...demon or not? or
my leftover manifestations of my own creation...?

Has anyone dreamed about and event or incident, that happened later in
time? What is your theory on how a pre-cognitive dream would work? And
how about deja-vu? And have you ever had a deja-vu? What do you think
are the mechanics involved in these phenomena? Can you see a common
thread in both?

I have recently experienced strange vibes on Jan 12 and 13. It was in
the morning after a very nice sleep. You know how it feels when a cat
is purring on you? Well, my whole body felt like I was a big cat
purring - the vibration sensations (no sound of course, though...).

It occured just after awakening and lasted for about 3-5 minutes. It
was a lovely sensation. I wonder if perhaps it had to do with the
earth's G-fields (gravitational). I know it was a full moon on the
14th, and these sensations occurred 2 days prior to that. However,
these aren't the same type as in pre-astral. They are a totally
different thing. In pre-astral there is a vibration, but is seems
very electric. In this "purring" state, it feels very bubbly and
physical - without any intense mental activity other than (for me
anyway) a wonderful warm, gentle, peaceful, bubbly all-over sensation.

Has anyone else noticed this "purring" sensation recently? And if you
remember former experiences of these "vibes", were they perhaps
around a full moon?

Just curious.

Also regarding the data/research mentioned in the post on the "pre-
astral vibes"- results are still inconclusive.

I don't think demons exist the way it's taught by churches and stuff.
But evil seems to be a force that has alot of power when it is used.
But "demons", no.

I think the stories from where the idea of "demons" and "Hell" has
actually been messed up over the ages and it's not like what we are
being taught or led to believe. Everything has it's source - like the
sacred "Bull of Heaven" in ancient Egyptian and some other eastern
religions. It's not that bulls are "sacred". It has nothing to do
with bulls at all. It's been all confused over the aeons.

One of the Egyptian gods of myth was said to have claimed the stellar
constellation of "Taurus" the Bull as his personal insignia, and that
when the "Sacred Bull of the Heavens" was overhead, then his kingdom
would become the most powerful in all the world. His worshipers
claimed to be followers of the "Bull of Heaven" (meaning him...).
Over time, the bastardization, retranslation(s) (deliberately or
otherwise) and misinterpretations of an old, old story, scrolls
or "sacred" texts that may have been actually based on a living being
of that time in history - ends up over the ages as a religion that
worships animal "bulls" literally, and thinks they are actually holy -
without really understanding the facts or not having been taught the
true origins of the programmed belief or concept about the
actual "Bull of Heaven" story and where it came from.

I think the same thing has happened with the whole "demon" and "Hell"
thing too - concepts that are being taught these days by some
religions - according to their own interpretations of "sacred" texts
perhaps (deliberate or otherwise) and that the whole demon and Hell
thing is not what it actually is - and that it's based on some
ancient stuff where the true and actual facts have been lost and
scrambled over time.

That's my take on "demons" and "Hell." What ya think jemmi? (lol)

~~I have been hearing alot about people having what I call "spontaneous pre-astral vibrations" in recent weeks. And several people have contacted me directly regarding this phenomena.
 
What I am finding so far is that some reports of these vibes seem to be occuring almost concurrently with others experiencing the same phenomena around the same time.
 
I am doing some research to further investigate the reports and comparing them for correlations, and for those interested in participating in the project - if you would like to PM me (or post if you want) with the following info, it would be very interesting to see if there are commonalities like:
 
a. approximate time of day (or night) the vibes were experienced;
 
b. geographic location;
 
c. where they were felt in the body (some felt them only in certain places of their physical bodies); and
 
d. had they occurred previously; had you experienced them before;
 
If you would like to send the data privately, that's fine.
 
The e-names won't be announced with the data, just the results, in consideration of any of you who wish to remain confidential.
 
The data will be collected and results posted on Gridworkers within the next few weeks (or maybe even next few days - depending on data received).
 
And well-done, by the way, Amethea ("guineasnow") with your energy-working skill...! Consciously moving energy around like that is awesome. Great job!

etc...was laying down, and got the most massive vibs also. I
couldn't get out though, and just pushed the vibs around up and
down, and couldn't focus my mind so stayed in. I couldn't believe
these vibrations though, I've never done that before, EVER. It
started in my feet, then went up and up, and then I could push it
around.

But ya, I either am around earthly places flying, or tubes to get
somewhere else on earth, or I shoot up to outter space. Once I saw
