This is a group dedicated to "Astro Photography Tool (APT) - The Imaging Catalyst". APT is a software tool designed for using Canon EOS and ASCOM compatible CCD cameras for productive, comfortable and flexible astro imaging.

APT & Canon 6D via WiFi, no USB
Is it possible to get APT communicating with the 6D via WiFi, using no USB connection at all? If so, could someone point me at some directions I could try?

Hello Thanks Mike for the hints. I didn't know about light incoming via the view finder. On my old XSi I dont have this issue or at least it is not so evident.
