Hello Ernest,
In Windows Explorer, open the folder containing AstroSnap Pro.
Then, find the executable "astrosnappro.exe", do a right click on it and
choose "Properties".
In the "Compatibility" tab, check the box "Run this program in compatibility
mode".
In the dropdown list box choose "Windows XP". (Service pack 1 or 2, I don't
know what other option is available).
Also check the box "Run this program as an administrator".
As from now, the program should run with administrator rights, and authorize
installation and access to the porttalk driver,
which is used to control long exposures on S.C. modified webcams.
Please keep us informed on how it works.
Best regards
Axel
