Subject: [ataKorean] Maintaing list of companies (bad and/or good)

I received a call from one of the Korean member of ATA asking about history of certain translation company.  As I was talking with her, a thought came up about creating/maintainin g a list of companies who gave us problems in terms of payment.   As most of you are working with these companies directly or indirectly, you should have some good or bad experiences.  If there is a black list (and a good list), It would be easier whether you will accept the job offer or not.   I personally had bad experience with two companies.

I know the general guideline of listserv do not allow leaving negative comments on companies, but wouldn˘t be nice? This system can work similar to ˇebay˘, where you could leave ˇgood˘ or ˇbad˘ message to particular companies.

Just a thought!

Thanks,

Youn Choy
