Digidesign Sounddesigner Universal 1.5 for Atari ST is the program
you´re looking for,- supports almost any vintage sampler formats incl.
Mirage and 12bit/16bit midisample dump standard as also Akai S-1000 format.
Only E-MU Emax ( non SE) format supported.

For E-MU Emulator II, there is/was a separate program,- Sounddesigner E II.
