Location: Atlanta, GA.

Duration: 8+ months

Job Description:

• Provides analysis, definition, and direction to computer applications related
development and maintenance activities.
• Ensures correct business functionality, requirements, and industry standards
are addressed within the computer application.
• Develops detailed business user requirements, system documentation, workflow
procedures.
• This position will perform the following:
o Review Technical Documents.
o Collect, develop, analyze, and edit Business Process Diagrams.
o Interview Business Users & Subject Matter Experts.
o Document and organize findings into appropriate format.

Required Skills:

Must have demonstrated skills in the following:
• High level of computer literacy with spreadsheets, word processing, and
database software and/or business systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project,
VISIO).
• Ability to understand concepts governing relational database structures, and
user reporting/query tools.
• Ability to understand concepts governing software development processes.
• Well developed communication skills – oral, written, listening. Good
analytical and negotiation skills, and close attention to detail.
• Must have excellent leadership, interpersonal, and motivation skills.
• Must be a team player and be able to adjust to change and cope with
bureaucratic processes inherent to governmental agencies.

Minimum Years of experience needed for required skills: 3 – 5 Years
Preferred Skills: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Technology, or
Analytical Techniques. Familiar with Business Processes Reengineering concepts
and methods.
