Job description:

Client would like to create and isolated database for the Ecommerce Team. It
will be a clustered environment with failover capabilities.

Requires 6 years of Oracle experience (DBA Preferred). This person must have
implemented a Oracle Clustering Solution or worked in a Oracle Clustering
environment(Must) for more than 2 years.

Required skills include Oracle installation , Oracle 9i or later (eventually
moving towards 10g), Relational database design , ER diagrams , Tuning SQL ,
Explain plan , Performance tuning , Import/Export , Backup and Recovery , Oracle
Clustering Solutions Implementation (VERY IMPORTANT , Replication/Advanced
Replication (VERY IMPORTANT) , Conflict resolution (VERY IMPORTANT) , RAC /Data
Guard (VERY IMPORTANT) , Upgrades and patchs , JDBC/ODBC , Unix (Solaris) ,
Linux (Oracle on Linux) , Shell (csh, bash, ksh) , UNICODE .
