In my comment in the forum I mentioned that I'd found their customer service to
be excellent and that in this forum we get a lot of comments to that effect as
well. His answer was that his experience with their customer service has been
so bad so many times that he doesn't bother to call them anymore. I was
surprised.

The point he missed is that most books on Audible are the consumer releases by, for instance, Books on Tape or Brilliance. Audible only actively records a few...
