I'm a Urban Planning student and usualy we have to vectorize raster
images by hand. Usualy the process is line/pan/line/pan, etc...
I would be usefull that there were a lisp wich would recenter the
work space to the last point inserted, each time a line is drawn.
Do any of you know of such a tool??
