Sorry for not answering you sooner.  I am not sure you really need to have someone draw the hard copies for you, you can talk to a local Repro company in you area that can scan your drawings in for you and if you want you can also have then convert them from raster to victor (this is what AutoCAD uses) or I know of Q-Cad @ www.Q-CAD.com  or Laser Data-images @ www.laser-data-images.com by see their ads in cad magazines.
