Kevin I used to have a similar problem......until I properly polar aligned my scope!! I used WCS, which is available from http://wcs.ruthner.at/index-en.php

re TS Optics OAG
Some more findings on the TS Optics OAG. I set up outside and aimed at a fun-water park about 10km away. Weight - 8.6oz (with SCT and eyepiece adapters),

I would suggest that your guide rate should be about 30% of sidereal. cheers Duncan

On the scope I downed it to 1, that helped but still PHD moved the scope.  I also turned down the aggresiveness of PHD to 30%. ... From: dunmunro1
