For 3 phase output, you want a 12 magnet to 9 coil ratio. The simplicity of the axial flux is direct drive, no pulleys. I don't see this working. Steve Spence ...

You miss understood the rotor is fixed to a rotating shaft that the propeller turns, the design resembles a pulley. and will have more than 12 magnets....
