I installed the latest kit on XP and it worked fine there, and in fact,
it came in real handy for me yesterday. Unfortunately, I did not have
the same success.
I get a floating point exception when I install it:
/usr/local/bemacs]$ ./bemacs
Floating point exception
I installed exactly as Jack did:
[masinick@mepis1:~/Desktop]$ sudo alien -k --scripts bemacs-7.3-152.i386.rpm
bemacs_7.3-152_i386.deb generated
[masinick@mepis1:~/Desktop]$ sudo dpkg -i bemacs_7.3-152_i386.deb
Selecting previously deselected package bemacs.

Unpacking bemacs (from bemacs_7.3-152_i386.deb) ...
Setting up bemacs (7.3-152) ...
Any ideas what is going on?
