Thanks! I hope the Ubuntu kit will work with more systems.
Apparently the Fedora 8 system has enough differences from other
distros that it doesn't work with all RPM based distros either. I
tried it on PCLinuxOS tonight, and came up with a different error - it
had problems with a GNU Hash, whereas the SimplyMEPIS Debian based
system had a problem with floating point exception. Not sure what
dependencies are tripping it up, but apparently there are quite a few
differences. Wonder what it will take to make it more portable?
