in the windows version, i've discovered that numpad ins is now treated
as ctrl-left and numpad enter is treated as ctrl-right.

i couldn't cope with that, so i installed the old v7.2-246 on top of
the new kit. no errors, and it happily opened the 246 readme. however,
it was the v7.3 executable...

i uninstalled v7.3, did a clean installation of v7.2 and now my keys
are correctly kp0 and kp-enter. i didn't make any other changes to get
back to the 'correct' behaviour.

how do i fix the keys to do the right thing?
