Hello and Welcome to Basic Scrolling and Expanding Letters. This is a group to learn how to make expanding and scrolling letters. You must have Incredimail. You must have knowledge in Paint Shop Pro. We will only be accepting those who speak English or German. We are very sorry but we just do not have mods for other languages.
