The site is the Dulaney Springs Park in Baltimore County up Pot Springs
Road at old Bosley Rd near the Lock Raven Resovor.
Look at the Road Map on the Sky Clock for the site:

Right now it looks good starting at 11PM tonight.
If it look as good or better when the sky clock updates at 1 - 1:30
today I may be going there tonight.
