Joe,
Bill and I have a permit for the park for dusk to dawn 365 days. It is
a dark parking lot with a few street lights in the distance. It also
appears to be a parking space for teenagers if several of us arrive
together the kids in cars do not stay and the police stop by every few
hours and chase them. I have shown them the permit several times but
they usually do not ask. I however do not feel entirely comfortable
there by myself.
