And  We made Al-Bait (the House) a place of assembly for mankind and safety; and take you Mu'qaam-e-Ibraheem (the establishment of Ibraheem) as a Mu'sal'li (Salat offered); and We covenanted with Ibraheem and Isma'il, that they should sanctify My House for Al-Ta-ifeen (those who compass it round) , and Al-Aakifeen (use it as a retreat), and Al-Rukka (bow with people)  Al-Sujood (the prostrate).[2:125]

After a 15-minute delay and throwing $60 traffic fine away, you arrive at school. Your daughter runs into the building without saying goodbye. Notice the difference?

Two different scenarios. Both started the same. Both ended different.

Why?

Because of how you REACTED.

You really do not have any control over 10% of what happens. The other 90% was determined by your reaction.

Here are some ways to apply the 90/10 principle. If someone says something negative about you, don't be a sponge. Let the attack roll off like water on glass. You don't have to let the negative comment affect you!

React properly and it will not ruin your day. A wrong reaction could result in losing a friend, being fired, getting stressed out etc.

How do you react if someone cuts you off in traffic? Do you lose your temper? Pound on the steering wheel? A friend of mine had the steering wheel fall off) Do you curse? Does your blood pressure skyrocket? Do you try and bump them?

WHO CARES if you arrive ten seconds later at work? Why let the cars ruin your drive?

Remember the 90/10 principle, and do not worry about it.

You are told you lost your job.

Why lose sleep and get irritated? It will work out. Use your worrying energy and time into finding another job.

The plane is late; it is going to mangle your schedule for the day. Why take outpour frustration on the flight attendant? She has no control over what is going on.

Use your time to study, get to know the other passenger. Why get stressed out? It will just make things worse.

Now you know the 90-10 principle. Apply it and you will be amazed at the results. You will lose nothing if you try it. The 90-10 principle is incredible. Very few know and apply this principle.

The result?

Millions of people are suffering from undeserved stress, trials, problems and heartache. We all must understand and apply the 90/10 principle.

The Four Questions Asked Imam Ali(a,s) By The Jews

THE FOUR QUESTIONS

Imam Ali (A.S.) was always available ( at KUFA his Kingdom) when the three khalifa sought his advice on religious matters. His position as the jurist was on the top of the list among the companions of the Holy Prophet (saw) (being His SON in Law) . Umar Ibne Khattab the 2nd Caliph had given clear instructions that when Ali was present in the mosque of the Prophet no one should take precedence over him in answering questions on religious matters (Not Authentic) . In one such encounter during the time of the 2nd Caliph, a group of Jewish scholars approached the caliph and said, "We have a few questions. If we get the answers to these questions correctly, we will accept the Islamic faith.

"Ask whatever you want to ask," said the caliph.

They asked the following questions:
1. What are the locks and keys of heaven?
2. Who was the messenger who was neither of the human nor of the Jinn and who warned his people?
3. Which are the 5 beings who were created without ! the aid of ovaries?
4. What are one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven and twelve?

The caliph Umer (The biggest enemy of Shia's)  thought over these questions for a time, then said, "I do not know the answers to these questions. I will take you to a man who is most knowledgeable in the commandments of Allah and the Holy Prophet and the greatest among us (According to Allah the ranking of All Caliphs are the one according to which they succeeded the throne).

The caliph then brought the Jewish scholars to Ali (a.s.) (when he was at Kufa) . They asked the same questions to him. Ali (a.s.) answered thus:

1. The locks of the heavens are beliefs in more than one god, and its keys are the letters of "La Ilaha Illallah, Muhammad-Ur- Rasulallah." (Jews never believes in this.) 

2. The messenger (whose messengers was this) who warned his people is the ant who, when Solomon's army was passing by, said to his people, " Enter your houses so that the army may not stamp you out (without intention)". So Allah states in the Holy Qur'an, " Until they came to the valley of the Ants, said an ant (addressing the other ants of the valley) O" you ants' enter into! your dwellings, so that Solomon and his hosts may not crush you while they know it not". (Sura An-Naml. V 18)

3. The five beings who were not born of ovaries are: Adam, Eve, the staff of Moses which used to change into a python, the camel of Saleh, and the sheep of Ibrahim (which was sent by Allah to become a ransom of the life of Ibrahim's son Ismael). (Why those living being are forgotten whose Mother's and/or Father's Name are not mentioned in Kitaab ALLAH).

· One is Allah who has no partners,

 

· two are Adam and Eve,

(Why he forget Satan, Malaika & Jinns just to fit the counting, Adam is also One From him, his mate was created they are not Two) 

 

· three are the substances ( i.e. non-living matter, plants and animals), (Substances are Two Organic & Non-Organic)

 

· four are the Heavenly books: Torah of Moses, Bible of Jesus, Zubur of Dawood and the Qur'an of Hadhrat Muhammad (saw).

( Why he forgot this Ayat that Allah sent The Book with all Prophets :

Mankind was one single nation, and Allah sent Prophets with glad tidings and warnings; and with them He sent the Book in truth, to judge between people in matters wherein they differed; ......................[2:213]

 

· Five are the daily prayers.  (Not Mentioned in Quraan)

 

· Six are the days of creation of the heavens and earth (According to Bible too) , as per the verse of the Qur'an: " And indeed We created the heavens and the earth and what is between them two, in six periods and touched us not any fatigue." (Sura Qaf V. 38).

 

· Seven are the seven heavens (According to Bible too) , in the light of the Qur'anic Verse: " And we have erected above you the seven strong ones." (Sura An-Naba V12)

(Seven is also mentioned in [2:261] , [12:43] , [12:46] , [12:47] , [12:48] , 23:17] & [69:7] )

 

· Eight are those angels who bear the heavens, as per the Qur'anic Verse: " And the angels shall be on the side of it; and above them shall bear that day `Arsh' (the throne of authority). of your Lord, eight of them (Sura Al-Haaqqah. V.17) (Please read the Ayat [69:17]

where its mentioned eight angels? Its not in Arabic text of Quraan I have might be it is in yours! beside Eightis also mentioned in [6:143] , [12:20] , [18:22] , [28:27] & [69:7]  )

 

· Nine are the nine signs given to Moses as stated by God: "And indeed we gave Moses nine clear signs (miracles); so ask the children of Israel when he came to them, Pharaoh said to him; "Verily I deem you O' Moses one bewitched. "(Sura Bani Israel, V 101).

(Nine is also mentioned in [18:25] , [27:48] & [74:30] )

 

· Ten are the ten days, i.e. God had promised Moses that he would stay on the mountain of Toor for thirty days, and later added ten more days to this duration, as it is stated in the Qur'an." And we made an appointment with Moses for thirty nights and completed it with ten more;" Thus was completed the term of his Lord, forty nights, and (before he went up) Moses said to his brother Aaron: You take my place among my people, act rightly and follow not the path of the mischief-makers." (Sura Al-A'araf. V.142).

(Ten is also mentioned in [2:196] , [5:89] , [6:160] , [11:13] , [20:103] , [89:2] )

 

· Eleven are the brothers of Joseph, son of Jacob as the Qur'an states, "When said Joseph to his father, O' my father; Verily I did see (dream) eleven stars and the sun and the moon,, I saw them all prostrating to me." (Sura Yousuf. V.4).

(So According to Allah stars mean Brothers & what does Sun & moon stands for? ), 

 

· Twelve are the Twelve water-springs manifested by the staff of Moses, as God states, " And (remember) when Moses sought water for his people; said We, `Strike the rock with your staff' Then gushed out therefrom twelve springs; each people knew their drinking place; "Eat and drink God's provision, and commit not evil in the earth acting mischievously. "(Sura Al Baqarah V60).

(Why not 12 Tribes of Bani Israel [5:12] & [7:160]  ?


When the Jewish scholars heard the replies of Hadhrat Ali (a.s.) they said, "We bear witness that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad (saw) is His Messenger . They all embraced Islam, went back to their tribe and converted all of them to Islam.

Now if you see all Ayaats in relation to Sadaqat, Nazar, Infaaq & Khairaat, You will find thes all purifies Muslims Debit Account & turn it into Credit Account near ALLAH. Now Question arises what is the, "Nisaab". The wealth in which your effort is not involved it is 20% (8/41) of the received wealth the moment it is received.  But the wealth for you have efforted your descretion 1% to 20%. like wise Sadaqat (1% to 20%), Nazar (1% to 20%), , Infaaq(1% to 20%),  & Khairaat(1% to 20%).

What ever ALLAH has bless us, in economical affair through our capabilities which he has distributed among us according to His Planning. He demands from us in term of wealth portion(6/141),             

If I accept you wordings then one can ask a questions where Allah has ordered to pray like you are doing and no single muslim can show his method of praying is in Holy Book Quran. So its order of Allah to pray but no one is praying according to order of Allah. Strange! So we also need to follow sunat-Nabvi in order to fully follow what quran says. And whatever prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) did or said was according to order of Allah as he knew people will follow him in all deeds.

 

Yes Slawt was establiseh by him we are advised to follow the slawt being established at Station of Ibraheem.

 

[2:125] Remember We made the House a place of assembly for men and a place of safety; and take you the station of Ibraheem as a prayer established; and We covenanted with Ibraheem and Isma'il, that they should sanctify My House for those who compass it round, or use it as a retreat, or bow, or prostrate themselves (therein in prayer).  
 
So simple answer is my prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) did that or said that according to order of Allah, so I am following. However it is important to verify that he actually said that or did and no one is just falsely propagating this. So best method is to Follow two hadith books only although scholars of Islam also consider rest of 4 and are of opinon that these books  contain Hassan Hadith's.

Are you following the same order which Muhammad (P.B.U.H) obeyed than good if not then do it.

In what " Hadees after this will they then believe? THAT Allah has revealed Ahsan Al-Hadees (The best Narrations): in writing ! [39 :23] Allah has revealed Ahsan Al-Hadees:in writing (in the form of a Book) in it are equally similar ( in its teaching about various aspects): the skins of those who fear their Lord tremble thereat; then their skins and their hearts do soften on the advice of Allah. This (Ahsan Al-Hadees) is the guidance of Allah: He guides with it whom He wishes, and to whom Allah leaves to stray can have none to guide (Haad).

There is a yearly convention of Tolu Islam in Lahore every year. All are invited to attend. When the time of Namaz approaches all guests are requested to go to the near by mosques to perform their Namaz. This is because of the reason that people especially the jealous Mullah type's spread lies and propaganda that those who read Tolu Islam have a different kind of Namaz. They do not.
As far as Allama GA Parvez is concerned, he belonged to the Hanfi/Sunni group and performed his Namaz like all Sunni's perform.
I hope this satisfies your inquisitiveness. I am myself no scholar but just a student of the Allama. The Quran does not give an exact chronological order of a Namaz.

Dear Khan Arif , you have mentioned all the Ayaats which have the root word, "Naf'aa" (Profit). Though this word clearly define what is profit? According to Allah for human being is "satisfation from ones deeds/efforts" is profit (spritually or materially).

But there are total 49 words none of them describing our "Naf'aa" (Profit) system.

Only one Ayat define the "Naf'aa" (Profit) from wealth :

[26:88] "The Day whereon neither wealth nor sons will Profit(spritually).

You ride on a camel, a profit. You eat cow after caretaking her, a profit, you help other , a profit. you get beefit from earth, a profit, you earn less or more profit from ALLAH's creations. your all belonging are your wealth & you get profit out of these.

Allah do not talk about currency profif, rather he discuss the barter profit which you get by exchaging each other his blessings, animal, birds, food  & other animities of daily usage. But your barter should not be "Opprsssive", which is not at all allowed by ALLAH. Al-Riba is an oppressive activity, which monoplised tha basic needs of the humanity. Eccessive multiplied profit, is the  worst form of an, "oppression".

Muhammad PBUH Said:  To those weak of understanding do not manke thier property yours, which Allah has made a means of support for you, but feed and clothe them therewith, and speak to them words of kindness and justice. [4:5]

Muhammad PBUH Said:"O you who trust (in Allah's commandments)! Do not eat Al-Riba excessive multiplied; and be pious to Allah; so that you should prosper. "  [3:130]

Muhammad PBUH Said:  " O you among who trust (in Allah commandments)! be pious to Allah, and leave up what remains of your demand from Al-Riba(excessive multiplied profit), if you are indeed trust (in Allah commandments).  [2:278]

Muhammad PBUH Said:   If you do it not, Take notice of war from Allah and His Messenger: But if ye turn back, "falakum Ruoosu Amwali' kum". ,"for you the Heads  of your Wealth: Deal not unjustly, and ye shall not be dealt with unjustly.[2:279]

Dear Sir, Jahalat is not that I am pointing out some one 's mistake, the well known meaning of Jahalat is that , " A person without authentication says or writes some thing, which can be called lie if not proved, the the behaviour of "Jahil" & "Aqalmand" listenrs start as follows:-.

1. The listner listen & passes it on (in words or writting):

 

(Al-Kitaab- Ch:26 V:233)  They pour Al-Sam'aa (hearsay vanities), and most of them are liars. 

 

2. The behaviour of learned people (Aqalmand would be):

(Al-Kitaab- Ch:12 V:02) We have sent it down as an Arabic Qur'an, in order that you may become "Aqalmand".

(Al-Kitaab- Ch:25 V:63)  And "Aqalmand" (the servants) of Most Gracious are those who walk on the earth in humility, and when the "Jahil" address them, they say, "SALAM !";

(Al-Kitaab- Ch:25 V:72)  They donot evidence falsehood, and, if they pass by futility, they pass by it with honourable (avoidance);

 

 

 Now these heresays have been poured into the books and being forwarded from a group of "Jahil" people, and again the listener without using "Aqal" listen these for the reason it might be "good" for them:-  

 

(Al-Kitaab- Ch:24 V:11)  Those who brought forward the lie are a group among yourselves: think it not to be an evil to you; On the contrary it is good for you:

1. To every man among them (by listening & believeing) earned the sin, and

2. To him who took on himself the lead among them (by narrating others for their wrong guidance),

3. will be a penalty grievous.

 

Mind you there are hundreds of such KHURAFAAT against each sect. 

Yes because of the Allah's Commandment No: (Al-Kitaab- Ch:24 V:11)

Why we join group, to share good & non-good, about prevailing things arround us! So why alone? If you do not have patiance to listen non-goods the please do not tell good to others You all letter to editor for any one among us may come under non-good.

Mind you, as I have said I do not believe in any Firqa,

The followers of Muhammad(PBUH) have three Firqa's:-

1. One who follow his companion Abubakr (R.A) & his chain.

2. Second who  follow his companion Ali (R.A) & his chain. 

3. Third who  follow only MUHAMMAD(PBUH) through Kitaab Allah (Al-Quraan) & reject

a. All saying refered to which MUHAMMAD(PBUH) or

b. His companions,

Whcih contradicts the Saying of ALLAH mentioned in Kitaab ALLAH.

Which were compiled by follower of Shia Imam Jafar al Sadiq, (Malik, Tibri(Tibristan), Bukhari, Muslim(Neshapori), Abudaood(Seestanie), Ibn-e-maja (Qazveenie), Tirmizi, Nasai (Khurasani)  etc, etc )

 The reaso of rejection is mentioned in ALLH'S Commandnent told us by MUHAMMAD(PBUH):- 

 

(Al-Kitaab- Ch:5 V:41) : O Messenger let not those grieve you who efforts with each other in rejection, among those:
1.  who declare them peaceful with their lips but whose hearts have no accepted peace, or
2. it be among the "Hadu" men These (claimed peaceful ) will listen to any lie, Even listen from those who have never met you.

3. They change Al-Kalaam (The speech ) after this from their (right) places;
4. they say "If ye are given like this take it but if not beware:"
5. (Now because of their this act) If anyone's trial is intended by Allah you has no authority in the least for him against Allah.
6. For such it is not Allah's will to purify their hearts.
7. For them there is disgrace in this world and in the Hereafter a heavy punishment.  

 

(Al-Kitaab- Ch:17 V:73 to 75) 73 - And their purpose was to tempt you away from that which We have revealed unto you to substitute in Our name something quite different: (in that case) they would certainly have made you (their) friend! 74 - And if We have not given you the strength you would have indeed inclined to leave toward them a little thing (in substitution). 75 - In that case We should have made you taste a double portion (of punishment) in this life and an equal double in death: and moreover you would have found none to help thee against Us!

Note: IRANIAN (Tibri (Tibristan), Bukhari, Muslim(Neshapori), Abudaood(Seestanie), Ibn-e-maja (Qazveenie), Tirmizi, Nasai (Khurasani) tempted themselves (away from that which ALLAH have revealed unto MUHAMMAD), to substitute in MUHAMMAD's name something very very different to misguide people

as such I will quote you from various books written mostly by Sunni Hazrat. Just as a starters and a very mild one.  (Please all others to note.  I do not believe in it myself, but it is written in the books and it is just for the consumption of Abu Suffian only.  Please all, I request you once again to underastand as to why I am doing it.  Just to put Abu Suffian in his proper place)

 

Okay:  Mr. Abu Suffian.  I will not talk aboutt religion or beliefs.  I will just quote historical facts for you - ONLY YOU to reply)

 

I am happy that you called it historical facts & not the Hadees:-

(Al-Kitaab- Ch:45 V 6 to 10)
6 - These are the Ayaats of Allah which We recites on to you with truth: then in which "Hadees" will they believe after (rejecting) Allah and His Ayah?
7 - Woe to each sinful Dealer in Falsehoods (of historical facts).
8 - He hears the Ayaats of Allah recited him yet is obstinate and lofty as if he had not heard them: then announce to him a Penalty Grievous! ?
9 - And when he learns something from our Ayaats, he takes them in jest: for such there will be a humiliating Penalty?
10 - In front of them is Hell: and of no profit to them is anything they may have earned nor any Aulia they have taken other than Allah: for them is a tremendous Penalty?

 

 

Was Holy Prophet (SAWAW) deeply anguished and went into seclusion for one month in Madina, not speaking to any one, and all alone by himself.  This state lasted for a month or so till only Hazrat Umar (R.A.) could pick the courage and ask him (SAWAW) the reason for it? 

 

    What was his (SAWAW) reply?  Wasn't it, "Go and ask your daughter the cause for it". 

    Was there not the rumour among the people of Madina during that month that  Rasulullah              

    (SAWAW) had divorced all his wives?

 

 

Abu Suffian,

 

(1)    Is above correct or wrong? 

Dear Sir, now you can honestly decide in the light of ALLAH's few commandments I mentioned in this post that what is correct & what is wrong!

 

(2)    If correct, who had made the Holy Prophet that upset and hurt that he did not speak to any one for one month?

 

(3)    What does Allah (SWT) say about those who hurt (naraaz) or cause anguish to Rasul ullah (SAWAW)?  Kia Allah (SWT) un se raazi hai jo Rasul (SAWAW) ko naraaz karte hain?

It has been decided by ALLAH, read the following commandment: 

(Al-Kitaab- Ch:58 V: 22)
You will not find any people who believe in Allah and the Last Day, loving those who resist Allah and His Messenger, even though they were their fathers or their sons, or their brothers, or their kindred. For such He has written Faith in their hearts, and strengthened them with a spirit from Himself. And He will admit them to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow, to dwell therein (for ever). Allah will be well pleased with them, and they with Him. They are the Party of Allah. Truly it is the Party of Allah that will achieve Felicity.

 

And tocertain people, it is historical fact & for whom those believe in ALLAH's commandments it is historical Lie.

1. The first from initials from Muhajireen ( immigrants) and  

2. Ansaar (of those who gave immigrants aid) and

3. (also) those who follow them in (all) good deeds,

For them hath He prepared gardens under which rivers flow, to dwell therein for ever: that is the supreme felicity.

Dear Sir, I agree the dirt raised by :_

1. Those who do not follow the ALLAH's Commandment said to us by MUHAMMAD(PBUH).

2. Those who follow the liers of historical Fact (wrongs) .

3. The who reject the commandments mentioned in Kitaab ALLAH.

4. The who love the commandments mentioned in Kitaab mon doon ALLAH.

5. Those who : And among people bargain Lahve –Al-Hadees (useless Hadees) to astray from Allah's path (Al-Kitaab) without knowledge, and to take it (path of Allah) for a mockery; these shall have an abasing chastisement (Al-Kitaab- Ch:31 V:6)

• Muhammad Peace be upon him's wives are like our Mothers - we cannot say/think anything against them - If someone does, it will be just like doing something with his/her own mother.

If someone believes in Allah and Muhammad Peace be upon him : He will have to believe in what Allah and Muhammad peace be upon him said.

This all is logical and VERY EASILY understandable. Emaan is like a roof and teachings of Quran and Muhammad are like pillars - if you unset one, you gonna hurt your emaan.

 

I am no Islamic Jurist. As a layman following questions come to my mind.  Could the more knowledgeable please enlighten me on these?

 

1.    Is girl's consent necessary for Nikkah in Islam or not? 

        In other words, can she be forced to marry against her will?

 

The girl consented to her father about an employee.

(Al-Kitaab C:28 V:26) Said one of the (damsels): "O my (dear) father! engage him on wages: truly the best of men for you to employ is the (man) who is strong and trusty"....

 

The father after learning the qualities of employee from his daughter ie, Strong & Trustworthy, offered the man to be his son-in-law, along with mehr (wulver in N.W.F.P).

 

(Al-Kitaab C:28 V:27) He said: "I intend to wed one of these my daughters to you, on condition that you serve me for eight years; but if you complete ten years, it will be (grace) from you. But I intend not to place youe under a difficulty: you will find me, indeed, if Allah wills, one of the righteous."

 

2.    If not, what if she doesn't consent to Kafeels' proposal/recommendation and wants to marry of her own accord?

 

Consent of Kafeels'  

(Al-Kitaab C:4 V:25) If any of you have not the means wherewith to wed free believing women, they may wed believing girls from among those whom your right hands possess: And Allah has full knowledge about your faith. Ye are one from another: Wed them (fa'inkihoo'hun'na ) with the permission of (bi-ithni ) their people (ahli'hin'na), and give them their dowers, according to what is reasonable: They should be chaste, not lustful, nor taking paramours: when they are taken in wedlock, if they fall into shame, their punishment is half that for free women. This (permission) is for those among you who fear sin; but it is better for you that ye practise self-restraint. And Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.

 

Divorcee can offer without the Consent of Kafeel

(Al-Kitaab C:4 V:25)  When you divorce women, and they fulfil the term of their ('Iddat), do not prevent them from marrying their mates, if they mutually agree on equitable terms. This instruction is for all among you, who believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is (the course Making for) most virtue and purity amongst you and Allah knows, and you know not.

 

3.    In case the girl and the Kafeel do not agree on the same person, whose wish should finally prevail?

In the light of above two Ayaats :-

1. If girl is virgin then consent of her father or kafeel will prevail, girl should obey that if she is mou'mina.

2. If girl is divorcee then woman's consent will prevail, kafeel has no right to intervene.

 

        (Mind you Girl's consent is necessary)

 

STILL MORE IMPORTANT:

3.    Is Nikkah Farz  or Sunnah?

 

Creation of Man & his mate to spread humanity on the earth.

(Al-Kitaab C:7 V:189) O mankind! reverence your Guardian-Lord, who created you from a single person, created, of like nature, His mate, and from them scattered (like seeds) countless men and women;- reverence Allah, through whom ye demand your mutual (rights), and (reverence) the wombs (That bore you): for Allah ever watches over you.

 

Man reside with her this cause her pregnancy to get child.

(Al-Kitaab C:7 V:189) It is He Who created you from a single person, and made his mate of like nature, in order that he might reside with her. When they are united, she bears a pregnancy light and carries it about (unnoticed). When she grows heavy, they both pray to Allah their Lord, (saying): "If Thou givest us a goodly child, we vow we shall (ever) be grateful."

 

Man who is mou'min only can reside with a woman in a marriage bond (Farz),

(Al-Kitaab C:23 V:5 & 6) Who abstain from sex, (5) Except with those joined to them in the marriage bond, or whom their right hands possess,- for (in their case) they are free from blame(of fornication), (6)

 

Else he is blamed of fornication.

(Al-Kitaab C:25 V:68)  Those who invoke not, with Allah, any other god, nor slay such life as Allah has made sacred except for just cause, nor commit fornication; - and any that does this (not only) meets punishment.

 

4.    If Sunnah, (whatever type of Sunnah - Kabeer or Moaqqada etc.)

       what if one doesn't follow it and goes for a court marraige or has four witness etc. without the ritual of a mullah or the parent or some other elder reciting the Nikkah kalimat, as long as there are witnesses (2 or 4 as required) to the couple going for the union?

 

If the Authority of Rituals or practice in vogue does not surpass the commandments of ALLAH and is neither disputed by the people then its ok but IF........................!.

(Al-Kitaab C:4 V:59) O ye who trust (in Allah's Commandments)! follow Allah, and follow the Messenger, and those charged with authority among you. If you differ in anything among yourselves (you & authority among you), refer it to Allah and His Messenger, if you do believe in Allah and the Last Day: That is best, and most suitable for final determination.

 

OR still Hypothetically:  There is a ship wreck and the only survivors washed ashore on a deserted island are young man and a young woman. Both are Muslims.  Can they marry eachother without Kafeels, Mullahs and other witnesses, after having stayed there for long and with no hope of their evry being resued? They do not know what to recite in Arabic for their nikkah.

Yes you answer is abovementioned Ayat (Al-Kitaab C:23 V:5 & 6)

 

If yes, they can marry, how will their marriage be performed and by who?

Purpose of marriage is for chaste woman or those whom your right hands possess:  

(Al-Kitaab C:4 V:25) .................They should be chaste, not lustful, nor taking paramours: ...............

 

& witness !

(Al-Kitaab C:6 V:19) Say: "Which thing is greatest in evidence?" Say: "Allah is witness between me and you; This Qur'an hath been revealed to me by inspiration,so that I should warn you with this and whatever is propagated. Can you possibly bear witness that besides Allah there is another Allah?" Say: "Nay! I cannot bear witness!" Say: "But in truth He is the one Allah, and I truly am innocent of  joining others with Him."

 

(Al-Kitaab C:58 V:07)  Don't you see that Allah do know that is in the heavens and on earth? There is not a secret consultation between three, but He makes the fourth among them, - Nor between five but He makes the sixth,- nor between fewer nor more, but He is in their midst, wheresoever they be: In the end will He tell them the truth of their conduct, on the Day of Judgment. For Allah has full knowledge of all things.
