ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS

VERONICA BOUTELLE, MA Ed., CTC 2000, former Director of Behavior &
Training at the San Francisco SPCA, is the founder of dogTEC and
author of "How To Run A Dog Business: Putting Your Career Where Your
Heart Is". As the industry's leading business consultant she teaches
sold-out seminars and consults one-on-one with dog professionals.
Veronica writes the column "The Business End of the Leash" for
the "APDT Chronicle of the Dog", and is a sought-after speaker at
conferences and dog training schools across the country.

KIM MOELLER, CTC 1999, is a longtime trainer at The S/F SPCA where
she teaches "growly dog classes" for dogs that are reactive to other
dogs on leash. In 2002, Kim was awarded an honorary certificate in
dog-dog aggression by Jean Donaldson. A recognized expert in dog
reactivity, Kim has published articles, lectured, and traveled
nationally and internationally conducting seminars on dog-on- dog
aggression. Ms. Moeller also works with individual clients whose dogs
have aggression issues on and off leash. Kim co-teaches with Veronica
at The Dog Walking Academy, a program that certifies and educates dog
walkers.
