After installing BiblioPocket on your PC, the next time you do ActiveSync,
it should be transferred to your PocketPC. Since we don't have a WinMobile 5
device, I am not sure about the cause.

I have checked my PocketPC: Nothing at all seems to happen on the
device - I found no traces of a file. I also don't see ActiveSync
trying to transfer a file (BTW, I have ActiveSync 4.1 und WinMobile 5
).
