But if what you want is Localizer, you should use itools 0.9.3, which does
work with Python 2.3 (support for 2.3 was dropped with itools version 0.10).

So you need:

- itools 0.9.3
- iHotfix 0.6.1
- Localizer 1.1.2

This way you will be able to keep Python 2.3. The web page for individual
downloads is "http://www.ikaaro.org/download/index.html". Or better, just
