I have launched Blassic 0.7.0.

Printer supoort is here! The new instructions LPRINT and LLIST sent
his output to the print spooler. WIDTH LPRINT controls the width of
the printer output. The ouput is buffered until CLOSE LPRINT is
executed or Blassic exits. The environment variable
BLASSIC_PRINT_COMMAND controls what is done with the output, default
is call lp on unixes and direct to the default printer as raw output
in Windows.

ZONE is implemented, and takes effect in the graphics window and the
printer outputs.

Solve (I hope) the problems with POPEN in all Windows versions. Need
feedback about this.

The documentation is improved (not much as many desire).
