New release of Blassic. Here are the news.

The Spectrum compatibility is improved with:

- SCREEN$ function.

- BRIGHT instruction and PRINT modifier.

- DRAWARC instruction that mimics Spectrum's DRAW.

- Spectrum syntax for CIRCLE is now accepted.

- ASC function now does not require parenthesis, to simpler
translation from
Spectrum's CODE function.

Other news:

Added BINARY to open file modes.

--cpc and --spectrum command line options, that adjusts the system
vars to
compatibility modes with Amstrad CPC and Spectrum Basics.

Command line option -m now accept named modes.
