We need volunteers for the Botanical Society of Washington Food
Committee for 2009 meetings.
If you would like to bring one (or more) of the following snack items to
each 2009 meetings please email Carol Spurrier, Carol_Spurrier@...,
Chair of Food Committee.
1) nuts
2) cookies
3) cheese & crackers
4) juice
5) alternate, available to back up for others unable to attend
We request that for any meeting you will not be attending, that you
contact the chairperson so that an alternate provider can be arranged for
you're your designated food item for that meeting.
Please bring your receipt to the meeting for cash reimbursement.
Please try to keep the price in the $5-10 range, or up to $15 for cheese
and crackers per meeting.
(Doubling up the item for 2 months supply is okay for non-perishable
items, extras can be stashed in the Dept. of Botany)
