You need to identify the full version of brioqry.exe you are using
down to the last digit in the version number. It is absolutely vital
that the right version brioqry.tlb file is coupled with your version
of bqrioqry.exe or all sorts of weird things might happen when your
external application tries to call brioqry.exe and these calls are
mediated by the brioqry.tlb
