Life expectancy

Hi folks,
What is the expected life span for a Barbu d'Uccle? This year I have had the
loss of a hen just under 3 and a cock around 3-4. They were both very thin
at the end. They are free range and also have free access to grain plus
layers pellets. I have been worming them and have dusted their house. Can't
see any mites or other creatures on them. Any thoughts?
