Bufo's WEIRD NEWS List

The goal of this list is to make available to interested parties
reports of anomalistic happenings, investigations, and theories. No
position is taken on these reports.

This list is to be used only to post links to "weird" stories in the
non-paranormal dedicated media. Such topics might include: Bigfoot;
UFOs; alternative history; out-of-place animals;psychics; hauntings;
investigators of the same; etc. The owner of the list will decide
whether the topic is appropriate or not. Newly-classified species
would be acceptable, for example, because they generally bear on the
topic of cryptozoology.

Non-paranormal dedicated media include, but are not limited to,
newspapers; magazines; radio stations; and television stations. These
should be ones which cover other topics as well.

Please describe (but do not comment on) the story in twenty-five
words or less. You should include the source of the story. For
example, "Interview with cryptozoologist John Doe in the New York
Times on January 30, 1999, regarding reports of the giant sloth
surviving in South America."

In order to respect the intellectual property of the originators of
these reports, do not reproduce the report or quote extensively from
it to the list.

This list is not to be used for commentary regarding those stories.
Anyone using this list for other purposes than posting the links may
be dropped.
