Well, this is more like it! Quite a bit on this time, not surprisingly as we get closer to Halloween.
Although the big buzz magnet is Friday's THE NEW ROSWELL: KECKSBURG EXPOSED on the Sci-Fi Channel at 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM (as well as 10/28 at 6:00 PM), that's certainly not it.
The Travel Channel has a ton of shows on this time! AMERICA'S HANTED HOTELS (10/26 5:00 PM), AMERICA'S HAUNTED HOUSES (10/29 3:00 PM), AMERICA'S MOST HAUNTED PLACES (the Chicago episode...10/25 at 8:00 AM and the Hawaii episode on 10/27 at 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM), BIGFOOTVILLE (10/29 2:00 PM), CASTLE GHOSTS OF IRELAND (10/27 3:00 PM), CASTLE GHOSTS OF SCOTLAND (10/30 2:00 PM), CROP CIRCLES AND DESERT LINES (10/27 1:00 PM), CURSES OF NEW ENGLAND (a 2003 production, 10/26 7:00 PM), GHOST WATERS (10/27 2:00 PM), HAUNTED HOTELS (10/27 at 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM, and a different episode on 10/28 at 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM), HAUNTED LIGHTHOUSES (10/28 3:00 PM), HAUNTED NEW ENGLAND (10/29 5:00 PM), MONSTER MYSTERY: LOCH NESS (10/29 1:00 PM), TOP 10 CURSED PLACES (10/30 1:00 PM), TOP 10 CURSES (10/28 1:00 PM), and AMERICA'S FAVORITE HAUNTED PLACES (10/20 8:00 PM, 10/26 2:00 PM). I'm not sure if the idea is that people would want to travel =towards= or =away= from these places. At any rate, say "Hi"
to Velma and the gang...
Cryptozoologists will be pleased to see AMERICA'S LOCH NESS MONSTER on the Discovery Channel (10/26 at 9:00 PM and 10/27 at 1:00 AM). This is a 2003 show about Champ, the monster of Lake Champlain.
The History Channel is running HAUNTED HISTORY at 6:00 AM (10/27 is New England, 10/28 is Charleston, 10/29 is New Orleans, and 10/30 is San Francisco).
ROSWELL: THE OLD KECKSBURG (whoops, sorry, that's THE ROSWELL CRASH: STARTLING NEW EVIDENCE from 2002) is on the Sci-Fi Channel (10/28 4:00 PM).
The UNEXPLAINED MYSTERIES (syndicated) this week is covering THE TRUTH ABOUT SIGNS (crop circles, not Burma Shave...see, there were these signs by the side of the road that rhymed, and...never mind).
One last note: I don't usually mention fictional shows, but ABOMINABLE SNOWMAN OF THE HIMALYAS is considered pretty influential...it's on AMERICAN MOVIE CLASSICS (with commercials, unfortunately) on 10/29 at 4:45 AM.
This is Bufo saying, "If =everything= seemed normal, that =would= be weird!"
