I guess I’m going to have to indicate that this could be a bit irregular (it’s already weird) for the next several months. The book (see below) is now due at the end of September. During that time, something can push the delicate balanceout of alignment that enables me to provide this free service. I’ll do what I can to get it out: I consider this a public service. I just don’t want to promise weekly delivery if I can’t deliver. Next week is unlikely, at least by Sunday, because I’ll be at the San Francisco Bay Area UFO Expo.

Just a reminder about the book I’m co-writing for Paragon House with Gini Scott. If anyone wants to be included in the book, please let me know. I have already begun doing interviews. Everyone who is interviewed should get a chance to review their interview prior to inclusion. Also, we will not include comments criticizing explicitly named other living people. The book is about how being involved with UFOs (as a researcher and/or experiencer) has affected people. While it will provide some resources and some overview, the main goal will be to let the readers meet the people involved. Interested parties should e-mail me at UFOBOOK@.... I will be at the Bay Area UFO Expo (http://www.bayareaufoexpo.com) August 26 and 27 working on it as well…drop in and see me there! Please do let me know if you plan to be there: I intend to conduct interviews, and I prefer to do it at a scheduled, convenient time for people.

This week looks a tad slow. A new series is premiering on PAX, hosted by Jerry Orbach. The History Channel has a special on “ghost ships”. They apparently made an effort to contact quite a few people doing research on it, including yours truly and Loren Coleman. There are some good things on radio…oh, and how is that for a transition? I’m scheduled to be on NIGHTSEARCH (see below) for an hour on August 31st.

For those of you who are interested, I’m back from Alaska…a grand time was had by all! Although I haven’t had a chance to respond individually, I did appreciate all the well-wishings and bon voyages.
