This email group is part of a developing network, which includes a website, being created by and for the California Public Child Welfare Title IV-E Students and Alumni. This email group is open to all IV-E students and alumni, as well as staff throughout the state. Goals of the email group are: 1. To provide an ongoing forum for the exchange of information and support regarding professional issues. 2. The development of regional groups and possible a central group to provide additional support to all.
We urge all students and alumni who use this site to limit communication to professional and work related issues to not overwhelm the membership. Personal support conversation although critically important would be best kept to a separate site. If, in fact, a egroup created for a personal support network appears important, please request it and one will be created. Subscription is, of course, voluntary.
