I have built three large format cameras. Firstly a 5 x 4 aluminium monorail that
was rubbish. Then a 12 x 10 wooden field camera that was successful and finally
a 5 x 4 wooden field camera that would be ok if I could find a bellows.
Previously I have made my own bellows but now that I live in the Falkland
Islands I find materials hard to find.
Maybe I can help with ideas, if you think so contact me.
I found Steoebels book "View Camera Technique" very useful.

interest in building a 4x5 field camera that I can use for landscape
photography, I have a set of plans, and I either own or have the use of all the
tools I will need for the build. Some of the metal fabrications look as if they
might be available from some kind of supply house, others look fairly easy to
fabricate.
