as it says on the home page, there are known software hacks for 350D or later
models because there has been no release of firmware upgrades, which is required
for back engineering. (someone correct me if that is incorrect or out of date
information.)
also i don't think RAW is available for any of the custom modes on any EOS
cameras. That is the nature of those modes. They are for quick easy shots and
RAW is not really relevant to them. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm
wrong on that, too!
