Hope all is going well with you. I remain busy with my papers and
thoughts on the Caribbean and with the conference (we have more than 20
commitments at this time, including Jim Pindell and John Dewey).

I sent a CD to Ed Lidiak some weeks ago with revisions of my two papers
for the Memoir. I hope this arrived safely.

When do you think we will know page numbers, date of publication (for
reference quotes)?
