This is the unofficial users' discussion group for the Cart32 Shopping Cart System. The moderator of this group is not affiliated with McMurtrey/Whitaker Associates, Inc., the publisher of Cart32 software. The official home page for Cart32 software is http://www.cart32.com.

The moderator, Michael Keen, is the owner of an e-commerce company, inksite.com, which has been using Cart32 since 1998.

The concept behind this forum is to create a sense of community among site operators using Cart32 software and allow for the open exchange of ideas, suggestions, criticism, and experiences in an effort advance the utility of Cart32 for all who use it or may want to use it. This forum is not censored and frank discussion is encouraged as long as it remains on topic. The publishers of Cart32 regularly monitor and participate in this forum and appear anxious to respond to our concerns. It is my hope that your time spent here is useful and enjoyable!

Just recently, the Global Express Mail rates are no longer working (returns $0.00). The Global Priority works fine. Can anyone else confirm this? I'm using

Discount making cart add take too long.
I found what was causing the slow cart response. The shipping weight was too high. Once I corrected the shipping weight the cart response improved greatly.
