I am going to take a guess that your back-up button battery should be
replaced, then try charging it.

I have a E100 that I have not used for a long time due to moving blah
blah. I went to recharge the other day and the green light flashes
then goes out just after I plug it in. Does this mean the battery
should be replaced. Always worked great before.
