The third Working Draft of the Internationalization Tag Set (ITS) is
now available for comments at <http://www.w3.org/TR/its/>.

One aspect of ITS is a mechanism allowing to specify parts that
should be translate or not in XML documents. It includes also
mechanism for terminology markup, and other aspects related to
translation.

As the specification is getting close to the Last Call draft, it is
very important for developers of translation or linguistic tools
that support XML to review it and provide feedback.
