I haven't done anything in batch REXX, but we run REXX routines under
Netview to adjust the defined capacity of our LPARs. It's fairly easy
to do, using SNMP GET/PUT requests to the HMC. The API manual SB10-
7030 has all of the SNMP Object ID values the HMC knows of.
