Customer Data Management Special Interest Group (CDMSIG) is for users of Oracle Customer Data Hub (CDH) and Oracle eBusiness Suite users. This group discusses Trading Community Architecture (TCA), Customer Master, Design Patterns/Considerations, Best Practices and Customer Data Quality as well as Customer Data Governance. Members can learn from the experiences of other members.

Whether you are in the planning stages, or have chosen Oracle CDH solution as the way to go, or already live with Oracle CDH solution, you will have something to learn by being member of this SIG.

Customer Data Integration (widely known as CDI) is the initiative of establishing a single source of truth, in other words enterprise wide 360 degree view of the Customer. For some, CDI is a stand alone initiative with a primary objective to solve business issues such as Data Quality (Duplicate Accounts, incorrect contact information, etc.), Compliance and Corporate Governance, etc. For others, the CDI is an initiative that is part of Master Data Management (MDM) strategy.

CDM SIG regularly meets at OAUG Conferences (http://www.oaug.org), Oracle Open World (http://www.oracle.com) and CDI MDM Summit (http://www.tcdii.com) groups. Additionally, members of CDM SIG also presents at various geographic and SIG's associated with Oracle products such as NCOAUG (http://www.ncoaug.org), CRM SIG, etc.
