Computer Applications in Chemical Engineering. - This list discusses process simulation software, computer algebra systems, numerical systems and computer programming as tools for solving chemical engineering problems.

Any idea on the use of computing software in chemical engineering is welcome. Feel free to discuss topics like design tools, kinetics software, thermodynamics software, data correlations, interactive computer modules, etc.

You are also welcome to share ideas about freeware and shareware. Give us also ideas on recent computing trends as used in ChE areas. We also appreciate ideas from professors and students: on how they use computing in the curriculum.
