Companies that rely on online sales should not leave their search
engine optimization (SEO) "to chance", it has been revealed.
Writing in the Online Marketing Blog, SEO agency consultant Lee Odden
warns firms to stay on top of their SEO and new developments,
suggesting that outsourcing provides the necessary resources.
He warned: "Bad and outdated information can be very costly."
Mr Odden continued that although some companies may have the staff
with the right knowledge to solve problems, they often "just don't
have the people resources to execute and need outside help".
"I would rank the periodic or ongoing consultation of an outside
agency higher than many other sources since it's their job to test
and measure online campaigns for a multiple companies on an ongoing
basis," he added.
Meanwhile, firms can often see immediate results following sensible
SEO investment, reports 123jump.com.
According to the news source, recruitment website Monster received
more visitors following significant SEO investment.
