Hi Lisa,

I agree with Rich's assessment. Can't tell any more than that from the photo.
ID'ing mushrooms just from photos is usually difficult. It might help if we
could see some good, sharp close-ups of both the top and underside of an
individual cap.

All three of the genera that Rich mentioned are wood-rotters, typically growing
on dead wood, so it doesn't make a lot of sense that they're growing on a
healthy plant. Is the plant a tree of some sort?
