Dear Colleagues:
We have an isocratic HPLC system with RI and U.V. detectors, Aminex
HPX-87H (300*7.8 mm) column from Bio-Rad (for organic acid analysis) and
Inertsil ODS-2 (250*4.6)column. Any suggestions for Fatty acid analysis
in luncheon or meat products using this system will be appreciated.
