I'm running some HPLC soybeans extracts with ETOH 70% with acetic acid
0,1%, but I got no Genistein peak, although I got a peak at gradient run at
37 minutes but with 294 UV absortions, instead of 260 nm......
Could it be degradated or to be in malonyl form ?
